Ireland

The Green Machine from Ireland did better than expected when they bagged the bronze medal by beating host country England 2-1 in the 2015 EuroHockey Championships. It was Ireland’s first ever medal win in an important title event. Ireland went on to compete in the Olympics and ended in 10th place. The squad includes David Harte, who plays for Dutch team Kampong, and are coached by Craig Fulton from South Africa.

Below you will find information about the players in the current training group. The final list of players will be announced about two weeks before the tournament.
